Be warned, this sounds very different to the final version included on TQID, so much so that I doubted it was the same song until somebody 'helped me'.

4 minutes and 40 seconds of mad rockabilly/psychobilly brilliance.

I believe your list is spot on, based on what we know today.
Not aware of anything else out there, other than Never Had No One Ever (take 1 / instrumental).
I, like you, would not include Panic, Ask or their respective b-sides as these were recorded at a later point, and not during TQID sessions.

I think it's missing the instrumental from Dundalk, played 3 or 4 times - that wasn't anything - it kind of sounded like Panic, it kind of sounded like Sheila.
