The T-Rex Certain people 7" promo is currently on Ebay. It doesn't come up for sale very often so that might be your best bet. I have only ever seen it once on Ebay and bought it myself. Worth a look if you're looking for it, the link is below that seller has two other 7" promos for sale too.
