Some interesting YouTube channels I've run across. Thought folks would be interested if they haven't seen them before.

- Many Smiths concerts. High quality and well organized.

- A lot of concert videos and TV appearances. Again, very well organized.

- Tons of high quality audio and video from Morrissey and The Smiths.

- Lots of cool fan made videos.

Hi Mr

Thx for the clues. Hipsterdisco is really a goldmine. I watched his channel everyday. Impressive.

Take care and congratulations for your great job to spread the Smiths and Mozz music all over our community

Well that sucks. Lots of the morrissey live TV links came from there.

SmithsArchive reporting. Just finished uploading all of 1983 (i think). Hopefully, I'll have every available live performance uploaded eventually. This is especially intended to be a resource for people who are unable/hesitant to use BitTorrent. In the very least, the videos can be used as a preview before downloading the real thing on SmithsTorrents if you're a FLAC fanatic (unlike me... my entire library is 128kpbs lol).

Very sad to see ThePrivilegeIsMine suspended. There goes my "Television appearances" playlist. I'd be very interested in finding out how that happened... particularly whether it was Warner Music Group that was the final straw. Every one of my uploads has been "Content ID'd" by WMG (meaning they claim the rights to place ads on/next to the video), even though I haven't uploaded any officially released recordings. Also, because of this, the videos can be taken down at any time if they feel like it. It's quite disconcerting knowing all that work can be brought down in one fell swoop by the whim of some greedy record exec who was in a bad mood that morning.
