  • Announcing dates. (Score:3, Insightful)

I am delighted that Morrissey has confirmed more dates in both Dublin and Paris but feel it would be easier on people who wish to see these shows if they had been announced earlier before people made travel arrangements to see him in London. I have my London tickets and am only travelling from Manchester but I am sure there are fans in France who are also troubling themselves to travel to London who could just as easily not have bothered. It also puts a strain on English fans who are having difficulties obtaining tickets and are having to pay over the face value. Is there really any need for the panic and for people to think that he is only playing two dates for the whole of Europe when more dates are in the pipeline? Whats more from what I understand Gigsandtours are unable to post tickets abroad and are making fans collect from the venue on the day! Am I alone in this?
