Found this while surfing the web. Another one of those great Jools Holland compilations DVD with performances from some great bands from the past 10 years. This one titled "Later With Jools Holland - Cool Britannia" and is to include Moz's performance of "The Boy Racer" from 95. Looks to be UK only. the first Jools comp DVD (which included "Suedehead" from 92) was released in the US so maybe we'll get it here as well.

  • Far from a vintage performance. He looked extremely self-conscious and his hairstyle was decidedly limp. They played 'sunny' as well, which was much better.

I remember Pulp were on the same show, and were given the three song headliner status, and poor moz was treated very much an afterthought.

He had a brief, very strained chat with Boogie-Woogie-Pisspot Holland that made for particularly uncomfortable viewing.

He praised David Bowie as still being 'dangerous', by way of time-honoured Moz hypocrisy.

Let's hope he fares better in the new series. At least he's back to three song status. And where's Darren Spooner now?
