On today's(Monday 6th of September) Steve Wright show, Morrissey's former nemesis announced that Morrissey could soon be appearing on his show. During a section of his show known as 'The Big Quiz', one of the contestants told how she had gone to see Morrissey in Blackpool at the weekend. Wright's co-presenter Tim Smith then replied "We may be getting him on the show soon". Steve Wright then continued "Yeah, his people contacted us just before his current tour kicked off, but unfortunately we were away on holiday this past two weeks. We're still trying to get him to come in". Tim Smith continued "It'd be brilliant if we could get him on the show". Steve Wright:"Yes, I dont care what he's said about me in the past, everything is forgiven".

Don't care about the "history" between Moz and Steve Wright. As far as I'm concerned any D.J who gives Moz airtime or publicity is okay in my book!
Altogether now.... "Mr Spoon!" "Mr Spoon!" :-)

Nowadays he realises that Morrissey was so influential and his fellow Radio 2 DJs rate Moz highly, he feels he too should get involved.
He is surely the best example of the modern DJ - totally fickle, no music knowledge and talks shit, the inspiration for the satirical Smashy and Nicey. Let's hope Moz stays away from this joker. Hang the DJ!

Don't let feelings get in the way of business.
Money changes everything.

The hanged DJ. It makes a story though doesn't it. And look at us all, we're all suckers for it.
I won't listen to such an annoying man talking to Morrissey......... but could someone tape it for me?

Same thing with NME. They virtually called him a fascist in 1992 for waving a British flag at Finsbury Park. A little more than a year later, the Union Jack became an icon in British rock when Johnny Marr gave Noel Gallagher a Union Jack guitar. Moz swore off NME for so many years and fans simply stopped buying it, cause that's what Morrissey fans do. They do what the man says.. that is until Morrissey wanted the promotion (read: money) then suddenly the NME became the New Morrissey Express. RIGHT
What's next Moz, are you gonna start talking to Johnny Rogan? What about meat? If some beef association gives you enough money, do you think you'll give it all up for them too?
