Morrissey attended a gig in Dublin City's new venue Da2 last night 21st June to see Pony Club and headliners Sack play acoustic sets. He was supposed to sing a few songs but failed to appear. Having talked to members of Sack who learned There is a light that never goes out especially for the evening, they said that Morrissey just changed his mind. It was surprising after he stood in the audience for most of the evening and seemed to be enjoying himself. It's believed that Morrissey is looking for a new support band for the upcoming tour and is checking out some new Dublin bands. He has been talking to a band called The Thrills, but I think it could be more likely to be Pony Club if it's anyone from Dublin.

Prisoner of Wombat notes in the comments section that the Tucson on sale date has been moved up to today, June 22 at 10am.

I have also heard that Salt Lake City (Aug. 1, Fairpark) are also currently on sale. Post here if you know how to get those.

If you go to the official page for the band New Found Glory,

On the FEATURED VIDEOS (the AOL sessions) and the right side panel for the site news (ACCESS HOLLYWOOD LINK where the band is shown at KROQ's Weinie Roast), you will notice the lead singer sporting two different SMITHS shirts. Possible influence? Who knows. Enough Said.
