iTunes yesterday released the Morrissey Sessions@AOL EP, and while the quality and performances are fantastic, they accidently mixed up the titles of "The World Is Full of Crashing Bores" with "First of the Gang to Die."

US iTunes users can purchase the files for $2.97 USD here.

It doesn't look like it's on the UK iTunes, however.

Morrissey's performance from the Quart-festival, Kristiansand, Norway this Summer will again be broadcasted on NRK P3 at 1800 Central European time.

Check this link (in Norwegian).

I guess the performance can be heard on internet-radio. Go to
NRK P3 and choose 'nettradio' under the article about Morrissey on the right.

Also check out the Quart photo gallery (17 total) on the NRK site.

Morrissey is prominently mentioned in a Sunday New York Times article on Nancy Sinatra's comeback (You'll need a free NYT account to read it). Nice few paragraphs about Morrissey. Here's the best quote:

"He's a brilliant poet, isn't he?" Ms. Sinatra said. "He reminds me of my father — his body language onstage, the way he never hits a wrong note."

Let's hear it for the Chairman of the Board (or at least his daughter).

Interesting article in the Globe and Mail, one of Canada's national newspapers:

Bang! Bang! She's cool again
Nancy Sinatra's 64, but that isn't stopping her from entering the world of alt-cool and duets with Morrissey

I've just seen on the BBC web site that Nancy Sinatra will be one of Jonathan Ross' guests on his talk show this Friday (1st October) on BBC 1.

Also Jarvis Cocker is said to be on the show with her, which makes sense as he wrote two of the songs on her new album.

It's not clear as to whether she'll perform (would be great to hear her version of 'Let Me Kiss You' live), but Morrissey will no doubt come up in conversation none-the-less.

Show airs at 10:35pm on BBC1.
