Comments in the previous story "Rumor - Morrissey in NME skin storm again?" from Nov. 16 saw confirmation from both the NME Editor (link) and Morrissey's manager (link) that an NME interview is forthcoming, tentatively scheduled to go on sale Nov. 28 and that a 7" was planned but according to Morrissey manager, "...not been possible as we are still finalizing details of the new record deal and simply ran out of time before the deadline to press the vinyl". I can confirm the emails used to register the two accounts are legitimate.

Morrissey in skin storm again...again?
The recent thread posted by myself has now been confirmed by both the NME and Morrissey's manager as well as being hijacked by phoneys{hello} as being their scoop. To put the record straight, I was in the vicinity when Tim from the NME sat down with Morrissey and raised the issue of immigration and the influx of immigrants to the UK. Morrissey agreed that it was a problem and Timothy continued with some leading questions. At the time of the interview Morrissey appeared to be in agreement about the release of the 7 inch single so why is this now not happening. I am grateful of the acknowledgement from the editor of nme and also Morrissey's manager that the interview took place but I am also aware of those who claim to have originated this thread dishonestly.

She had it all... celebrity friends, a £6m mansion - yet Lisa Voice lived in fear of her drug-crazed husband - The Daily Mail

excerpt:

"The wedding at London's Marylebone Register Office on September 6, 1985 and the party afterwards was a glittering showbusiness affair. Pop star Morrissey serenaded the newlyweds, and guests included Radio One DJs Dave Lee Travis and Mike Reid, and comedians Hale and Pace. "

Antje Kastner, a Chicago based hair stylist and salon owner has recently launched her website portfolio.

One of her clients is Morrissey.

Born into a family of stylists, Antje expands upon their legacy with a colorful artistic instinct. In her hands, character takes shape—the silent film starlet, the cabaret vamp, the silver screen diva, the pin-up queen, the rock icon. Whatever the vision, fabulous hair is the show-stopper.

Jello Biafra is in Dublin Wednesday 21st in the Laughter Lounge. While looking at some youtube clips of his stand-up shows, I found one where the public image of Morrissey and his fans is abominably exploited for comic effect.

For anyone who hasn’t seen it, it is located between 1 – 1.30 minutes:
