my thoughts are with alain, and my sorrow with those who went to vegas...truly, i am sorry..and forgive me for having this thought...but, well...could there, perhaps, be a back up guitarist (or even, guest guitarist) who can alternate with alain if he can indeed play? even for just one show? aaahhh! i still wish i could go to coachella!

It just goes to show how pathetic a line up it is. 98% of the bands a unknown and the others suck. The only reason to go would be for Morrissey and now he may not even show. Matter of fact I bet he won't show.

in response to state of emergency--All five members of my band Sweet and Tender Hooligans are available ANYTIME one of Morrissey's band can't make it for some reason. Heck, if the whole band couldn't make it but Morrissey, my band knows the entire set list even. Fortunately, Coachella went on without a hitch and I JUST KNEW Johnny wasn't going to perform alongside Morrissey. God, I love being right.

with or without johnny..the issue still remains...i missed coachella...i missed seeing morrissey.hmm...you're from pasadena too? grew up there myself...hey! remember when kroq was on los robles and it ruled? "i would love to go...back to the old house..."

A HA! Your all idiots for losing your faith in Moz! I showed up at Coachella without a doubt in my mind that Moz was gonna show up, and he did, and the show was impressive! Don't you feel ppl feel like idiots now??? =)

arg! I hated Coachella, I think Moz used manipulative marketing strategies to get us out there. after baking in the pit for 3 hours (5 hours early) I wondered why on earth I'm suffering for Moz then got out. plus how many times can I hear "Billy Budd" and "Boy Racer"?

well exec...i had no way to get to coachella...first off...i go to UC santa cruz...secondly, i had work sunday...and thirdly, i'm broke...college is a bitch like that.i hope he makes room for some shows up here in northern cal. perhaps in the coastal town of santa cruz? we have nice venues where lots of great acts come and play before they hit the city (SF)... doubtful, but hoping...

i drove four hours. it was worth it. it was worth every second of heat and stinky people all around me. MOZ was HOT. we all knew the terrible enviornment we were in. "I Can Smell Your Sweats"(Morrissey) what can you do??? sometimes you just have to make do. anyway, MORRISSEY can NEVER let me down, and i'm dissapointed in those so called fans who will argue against me. MORRISSEY is by far the best at anything he does. i thought coachella was wonderful. he always leaves me wanting more. . .
