    RIP George Michael

Outside is the greatest two finger salute in the history of music, and hilarious to boot. It's the only video of George I've been able to watch since he passed that has brought me laughter rather than a tear.

TTY: THERE IS A LIGHT THAT NOW GOES OUT - final six rescheduled US dates cancelled

Sad news all around, really. At least so many of us had the opportunity to see him on such top form recently. I'm a little sad he didn't pop Canberra on his list of favourites though, because for everyone there that night it was absolutely brilliant. It's gone down as my favourite ever Moz show...

Irvine, CA - Bren Events Center (Nov. 9, 2016) post-show

Can someone elaborate on his US election comments? Really interested to hear what Moz had to say on this one.

"One Of Ours" Jennifer who met Morrissey backstage on Friday has passed away

My goodness, this is absolutely devastating. My thoughts go out to her husband and family. Rest in peace Jennifer. This is truly beautiful for Moz to have given her this before her passing.

Irvine, CA - Bren Events Center (Nov. 4, 2016) post-show

Some of the comments on here are really terrible and it's sad. As fans, we know a few things: a) Moz has off nights from time to time b) Moz performs the songs of his choosing, and it is very easy to find out what the setlist was likely to be based on previous shows of late; and c) Moz has his...

Irvine, CA - Bren Events Center (Nov. 4, 2016) post-show

Moz does not look enthused in that first video that was posted. Can someone give more details on the crowd? Bored? Didn't know the songs? Drunk? I feel bad for all involved.

Is Johhny being a shit attacking Moz for publicity?

There's no 'attack'. It seems more to me that his autobiography is attracting press attention, he's being asked questions about Moz and in turn his responses are being turned into news stories. He merely pointed out they're on different ends of the political spectrum these days, or so it seems...

Johnny Marr reviews books on The Smiths - BBC Radio 4

In all the discussion on this thread I completely missed the fact that Johnny is wearing a suit jacket over a giant yellow jumper. Dead. :lbf:

Johnny Marr on Morrissey's politics - interview in Sky News

I'm with Johnny on this one. As a non-European, Nigel Farage always looked to me like he was one croissant short of a continental breakfast. Moz is of course free to have whatever political views he likes, but given this difference it's clear that indeed they are on different pages these days.

    Wollongong, Australia - WIN Centre (Oct. 29, 2016) post-show

Found this on YT... loads of other videos there from Canberra, Wollongong and Newcastle. Sorry if it's already been posted.

    Wollongong, Australia - WIN Centre (Oct. 29, 2016) post-show

Security seem to usually only get involved when they think you might compromise the artist in some way, otherwise you're on your own. You're right though - if this guy was being a giant twat and ruining the show for those around him there should have been an easier way of getting him removed. It...

I'm dreadfully soppy but I can't say enough how happy I am to read that.

    Canberra Royal Theatre - October 28 2016

Thankyou so much Bowie Boy - can't tell you how grateful I am to be able to watch this back a second time and enjoy it all over again. I sort of recognise you - were you on the barrier, to the right near the speaker? I hovered around that area before the show but ended up getting a better spot...

What a lovely moment. I'm sure Moz appreciated that gesture. You're very lucky indeed butley :)

    Newcastle, Australia - Civic Theatre (Oct. 31, 2016) post-show

Gosh, it sounds like it was a really rowdy crowd. Sorry to hear you had a bit of a hard time of it! I'm never sure why people drink so much before Moz shows, it always amazes me how drunk some people seem to be before they go in. Wollongong was an odd choice of location I thought, but massive...

    Newcastle, Australia - Civic Theatre (Oct. 31, 2016) post-show

Well if the guy was making jokes about the cruelty of the horse racing industry, as I'm led to believe (someone clarify if I am wrong), then Moz might have thought he had it coming?

    Newcastle, Australia - Civic Theatre (Oct. 31, 2016) post-show

Ahhhh I see. I read so many mixed reports in the press about that show (and on here) I honestly didn't know what was true and what wasn't. It is a huge shame about the punch-up incident... I think it's a relief that he didn't end up canning the rest of the show (a reflection of his more chilled...
