Hi,
I'll be going to Sheffield gig. I like them very much and Glittering Prize is one of the songs that makes my heart skip, it's very personal to me! I would cry if I heard it live!

I only like their early stuff. Songs like Up on the Catwalk, Waterfront and Someone, Somewhere in Summertime are amazing.
After "Don't you" and the release of "Once upon a time" it all went downhill.
Saw them live once in 1985 I think, with the Waterboys supporting.
Waterboys were brilliant - let's keep it at that. ;)

You are aware that these concerts are part of the Night Of The Proms??
Those are not full length concerts but more bands per night with a symphony orchestra.

Check the Dutch and Belgian sections here:

I agree, I was a huge fan upto 'Once Upon a Time' which I still love but then it all went wrong, the same happened to U2, brilliant early stuff then a load of shite! I imagine fame has something to do with with it.
