Billie Eilish - No Time To Die (feat Johnny Marr on guitar)

Yes, it's another feather in Johnny's cap!

Don’t think Johnny would wear a ‘cap’
these days, not after he paid all that money on a hair dye job.

Funny how Morrissey’s success goes on

You mean IF this bond film is rerun.

And trust me, only a handful are going to hear the theme song in the future and go out of their way to find out who played guitar on it. If Marr is lucky, it will be merely a footnote on the Bond film wiki page.

Ha, if? All Bond films are re run time and time again. They are massive from a viewing figure point of view, face facts Marr has done well landing this work.

He takes what he’s offered.

Marr’s happy I’m sure! He’s getting paid... no dignity, but the money’s good.

Johnny Jobber ... guitar for hire !

No dignity, Morrissey would offer up his testacles to be involved in something as British as a James Bond film.

You talk about dignity, well at leat Marr hasn’t resorted to selling other artists albums with his signature on them, for a few quid.

Nah.

:p

Please, if Marr had a choice, he would of said no to playing on a song with Billie EELish.

A much much younger Marr would have told
Hollywood to f*** off!

NO dignity.

You mean like how he worked on the Dennis Hopper film "Colors" in 1988? With his atmospheric playing, Johnny Marr is a natural for the movies.

He’s involved in the whole film score not just the theme tune. Morrissey would love To be involved in a James Bond film in some way.

Search Morrissey James Bond and you will find a number of threads on Morrissey Solo discussing it,

Discussing what?

That Morrissey in the year 2020 said
he would like to take part in a Bond film?

Didn’t Johnny say his job interview with Hopper went something like this ? ....

No kidding, Morrissey was lampooned all over the internet for that autograph episode. Marr is grounded, has good common sense to never pull a dumb stunt like that.

Billlie Eilish just won 5 Grammys at age 18, she is an artist, not a manufactured pop confection. She's the same age Johnny was when he started writing songs with Morrissey. Not sure why her youth is a problem with some people.

Why are you being a troll by trolling Morrissey fans on a Morrissey fan site with this post?

You took away you right to free speech
when you decided to troll Morrissey fans on a Morrissey fan site.

Shame on you.

It’s not a Morrissey fan site - it’s a discussion group with no moderation. Wake up and smell the organic white tea! Surprised you haven’t realised it stopped being a fan site some years back! :thumb::)

You’re lucky. Otherwise your ass would be stranded on Marr’s Facebook page, and you would have no one to troll except for the few Marr fans that visit that page.

Shame on you.
