The concept of "fixation" exists in a type of double-edged sword reality. In alchemical terms it describes that moment when you realize the ghost is real, the "embodying of the spirit" which constitutes the descending movement of the greater work. Having said that, at dinner last night with Jonathan's aunt, we realized we both suffer from the same heart defect. That's how she came about telling me about her doctor concluding that electrical stuff can be fixed, like passionate spirits can fix an electrical shortage or a broken phone (typing from it now thanks to apple.com) so as to hinder communication. After dinner (BJ's of all places, Joachim and Boaz you sneaky pillars you!) I thanked Aunt Stella for the meal she purchased and told her since we were AV Malformation Sisters that we should each wear a half of a broken heart. She laughed. We went on our way. Much more was communicated but I only have enough brainpower for this story.
So in other news two parts of a set shared on separate continents and the realization that real volitazation might be taking place is beyond tear-inducing. You sleep on yin, I cuddle with yang. But keeping in mind that alchemy is red white and black, I have to, HAVE to put my dreamy fixed white thoughts on the back burner because it could be fixed in black. The mischievous fixation of fixed horse races and blackjack games. The red of course will be the Phoenix that rises from the ashes of this conundrum of thought, but until then it is safer to not believe, lest my heart be once again broken by an interview that shows no realization of silly Cinderella.
