Well, indeed, that’s what I was saying; I don’t think I’m missing the point at all.
Morrissey generates sales and the shop not stocking his material will deprive them of sales. People vote with their wallet and go elsewhere. It’s only the shop at a loss.
It’s a very strange stance to take and opens a can of worms about who else you “ban” based on morals. It’s a bit of publicity for the shop, but what will it achieve? Morrissey does well in the vinyl charts, so not stocking his material will only deprive them of sales. Fans will go elsewhere and...
Hello Slackers! The podcast that unearths the artists early demo's is back for another week. On our next episode of Season 2 our guest is one of the most influential guitarists of the last 50 years. He's played with The Smiths, The Cribs, Modest Mouse, The The and more. This week Johnny Marr...
Great performance and really good quality recording too. Morrissey looked like he was prepping the cable to throttle Fallon in the closing seconds of the video!

I had a lovely...
Great to hear about “Wedding Bell Blues”, it’s a lovely cover.
I hope one night of the Broadway run was recorded - preferably Saturday or Tuesday - and will be released on DVD/BluRay. It would be brilliant if all of the nights were recorded and the additional songs had their own listing as a...

It’s only a cheap player, the quality isn’t too bad, but it’s a massive markup for a change of decor, albeit...
I attended an advanced screening of Mid90s last night. It’s a rough coming-of-age story, which makes it believable. The use of “We’ll Let You Know” is brilliant, the build up to the scene and the scene itself is perhaps the best in the film.
