i didnt have the patience to contact Ticketmaster :eek: however they have put a message on thier customer services page. it says they expect an update around midday,but nothing yet

ive recieved a phone call and email from Ticketmaster informing me i will get a refund and to allow 15days for it to reach my account. Ticketmaster have updated thier customer service page about Swindon and Bournmouth

no, im still waiting for an email or phone call:mad: how long can it take the events team to sort it. im not a fan of ticketmaster,but i would never buy from a tout. at least with TM i have the law on my side. the thing that annoys me most is you pay months in advance then you wait ages on...

I phoned Oasis yesterday and was told i didnt need the ticket as i had booked with Ticketmaster and wouldnt need it. I phoned Ticketmaster who didnt know about the ticket fiasco,they werent pleased that the whole ticket was taken off us,and i am STILL waiting on a call back as they dont know...
