Yet each man kills the thing he loves by each let this be heard,
some do it with a bitter look, some with a flattering word....
okay, maybe not a flattering word, but Morrissey is killing the thing that generates and disseminates news about him - without that he could disappear into the...

just returned from my belated trip to London, did a few of the ''Panic On The Streets'' tour and was pleased that in Sloane Square, the Toni & Guy hairdressers is back open (Dave2006 said it had closed / temporarily). The Rock Garden, scene of The Smiths 1st London gig is now an Apple shop (love...
didn't see him on the web site, but the agency has a 'bookings page' on it, for corporate events and such.... i can't quite picture Moz playing Meat Is Murder to the staff of MacDonalds:squiffy:
I'm going to London next week and have my copy of 'Panic On The Streets' by Phill Gatenby to guide me on my Moz trail.:thumb:
Just wondering if anyone has been to any of the places listed in the book recently, and found that they are not there anymore:eek:.... I'm planning to go to a few of the...
Ticky Tacky, thanks for posting that outcome info. And 'the fox and the hound' Disney film killed me when I was a lad. Not seen it since but I do remember it got me thinking about the wrongness of killing and hunting. I think I was only around 6 or 7 when I saw it.

^^ this is why I am vegan. This is why everyone should be vegan and why animal rights laws should exist to sternly deal with barbaric f***wits like the man in that video. If you think about it, Moz is doing his bit here - even though he doesn't know about it - he's getting us to talk about/act...
He should cover 'Storyteller!' KIDDING
maybe something like 'I Only Have Eyes For You' (The Flamingos)
have to admit though, what i'd really like him to cover is.... Mystery Train (Elvis), Holy f***! (Lord Cut-Glass),...... or..... Kings Of The Wild Frontier (Adam & The Ants) & Golf Trek...
Re: tour lineup
Quite like the Walker boys. Glad to hear he's holding onto them a while longer. They're all splendid musicians, but they're not taking very long to rehearse for this mini tour, so i think they'll be playing pretty much the same core songs as last time.
Re: for your interest
Thanks Kewpie, i hadn't seen that link before - pretty good stuff. Did JJ share any more interesting Moz info during his research for the other Moz books he published?
Re: Morrissey - "always on the f*****g phone!"
I miss having 'Phill JJ Gatenby' surprise us with all these little snippets of wisdom.
See, he wasn't just good for a laugh... he provided great Moz stories too!
We want him back for good

There is a section on the band Buzzcocks and their record company office (New Hormones). Guitarist Steve Diggle is quoted as...
Excellent April Fools attack, David.:thumb:
