You have to read the thread in the ''ask the mod a question'' forum entitled 'sticky thread'.
Then you will see what was funny about that picture. The seal was simply a metaphore (is that spelt right?) for someone else.......

Of course, clubbing a seal is not funny.... but in context of the said thread, then it is...
