You have quoted mostly the version I came up with about a month ago. I think he's been tweaking the song here and there. I liked it better when I thought he was singing "You BITCH and GROAN / You constantly MOAN". In Sparks he didn't say "Whoopee" but at the last couple of shows in SoCal, he would deliver a deadpan "whoopee" after "Fate has just handed it to me."

Here's what I think it is now after hearing it live a total of 8 times and relistening to the version that I recorded in Sparks during the first night (with changes in boldface):
