Frank Sidebottom has died.

Frank was a utter genius. May his Fantastic Shed Show live on.
Let's hope he's no longer suffering and Little Frank remains at his side forever.
Lest no Morrissey fan ever forget his superb rendition of Panic, which he skilfully swapped to, 'Panic (In The Streets of Timperley).

Amen.

I'm gutted. Over the last 25 or so years I've had a few surreal moments in the company of our Frank. Very sad :(

RIP Frank, in a better place now, you know he is, he really is. Thank you.:tears:

Timperley's finest.

As his agent has said "I don't think there will be another one like him."

Sad news. Sad.

Chris was planning to come out from under the paper-mache mask in the coming years.

"Everyone kept it really quiet. We were probably only 12 months from him uncovering himself," said Frank's agent.
