I was wondering, what time would you have to get there if you would like to have a good spot? (the front!) I've never been to the Hard Rock so not sure what to expect!

the day of the show(sunday) they are only open for brunch. 10am-3pm

You're not alone. I am bummed as well . . . I saw an 800 number on my caller ID and let it go to voice mail. I probably would've screamed into the receiver had I picked it up.
