    I usually bore the arse of people, but i'll do my best..:) Good to hear you slept well though, although disappointing that it wasn't long enough.

    Refreshed is one of these words that i rarely use, but i think it's related to 'fresh' wish is equally unfamiliar..;)

    My day was okay. Had a lovely walk, though i do realise that i am sounding more and more like a patient from an Old Folks Home..lol! If i am lucky..:)

    I get very lazy with replying. I do it all the time and it's rather tedious for others. I'll need to be harder on myself in that regard..:)

    I slept better last night and felt much better after a decent sleep..:) Though i won't rub it in..:) Did you manage to sleep for any length of time after a 16 hour shift?

    I hate clowns too. Something really evil about them, i wonder why anyone would do that to their kids? probably to scar them and make them easier to manage. Maybe something in that...lol!

    It's crap to be working so much, i hope you get some time off soon. Hopefully you feel a bit more refreshed, assuming that you had a half-decent sleep? Which is a hell of an assumption..:)

    I didn't sleep until 8am this morning, i was ill half the night. I just felt ill, there was nothing too dramatic to report. No projectile vomiting or anything..:) I feel knackered though. I hate not sleeping, it's the worse feeling in the world. Slight exaggeration, but i'm sure you catch my drift..:) I feel really dehydrated so i am drinking more water - not sure how my body will react to this weird substance though..:)

    well, when it comes to sleep just take it when you can. It's an unfortunate human trait that we give ourselves a hard time for not doing something we think we should have done. Just sleep as often and as long as you can. I don't know how you adjust to this lack of sleep?

    I would be a serious nutter if i couldn't shut myself off from this world for a few hours..:)

    Are you working tonight hun? Or is that an incredibly stupid question. I am confused, it's my only genuine excuse..:)

    It was a slight surprise..:)

    Not really a season, it rains a lot over here - Northern Europe is generally very wet, April is traditionally the season, but unless April lasts for 12 months then it's complete bollocks..:)

    And don't worry about sleeping, if anyone needs sleep it's you, followed by me of course..:) I compromise with the coffee though, i always had a decafinated one last thing at night..:)

    Are you at the Vets hun? Should be busy night. Is it ever quite?

    Not really a reason. I am quite an illogical person most of the time. No matter the situation, i can always find something to foam about the mouth about..lol! I need a stress-ball or something..:)

    Anyhoo, i'd better go to bed. I hope you have a good shift and all that..:)

    Are you sitting down? No, i didn't win the lottery, but it was actually SUNNY today..:) I had a nice walk in it. I was slightly less calm today, but i've had much worse days, so swings and roundabouts..:)

    It's raining now though...:) Shouldn't be too bad though.

    I really like sweet things, so what you described brought about a pang of envy. I take too much sugar too, no wonder i cannot sleep!

    The cat is great. I have to move her every night, so we get the obligatory wrestle with the old feet before she calms down. Just as well the duvet is thick though or i wouldn't be describing the occasion with such joy..:) she is a nutcase..:)

    I actually had some inner peace today, so i'll try and work out what the hell i did, and try and do it tomorrow..:)

    I drink too much coffee and take two spoonfuls in every cup, which is rather excessive. It's probably not that good for me, but i keep doing it, but i cut down today, so it's something, i suppose..:)

    The cat is pretty mental and she cracks me up constantly..:) When i came home today she was waiting for me at the top of the street and walked me home..:) I think it's her way of apologising for the slashing..:) That photo you showed looked really sore.

    Yes, Rabies can put a real dampner on your day...:)

    Water is good because it's the best thing you can take for it. Though i take your point. I very rarely drink water myself, so technically i should be keeping my mouth shut at this point..:)

    My day was alright. Quite contented really, hence the desire to continue it tomorrow.

    well, hun, i'd better go and sleep. have a good day and all that and rake good care..:)

    We actually had some sunshine today, i saw it with my own eyes..:) Felt it on my weary brow and even saw a rainbow on the way home which was rather nice.

    I think i drink too much coffee for a start and probably smoke too much, i cut down today so i'll see how i get on.

    The Cat was hilarious though, it was worth the slashing..:) I was putting the undersheet on the bed and she jumped under it. I tried to get her to shift but she kept clawing at me and hitting out. she looked really funny. I only discovered later that she could see through the sheet and that's the reason for my humiliating defeat..lol!

    Your Kidneys? What could be the problem there? Maybe a lack of fluids. it's amazing how i have no medical knowledge whatsoever, but i positively salivate when it comes to armchair diagnosing...:) I want the power and prestige, without having to study complex things for up to 6 years. Being THIS lazy, takes considerable effort..:)

    It all seems a bit perplexing. But as long as your fine with everything, then that's the only thing that matters.

    You should get to the beach, although too much sun would be a pain, i suppose. Too much of anything can be a pain in the ass.

    Did you go back to bed? I got slashed by the cat on the inside of my hand, though i am being very stoical at this point and didn't cry. Though the bottom lip trembled somewhat..:)

    Scotland actually won the match, 2-1 against Iceland...:) Back to reality now though, shit!

    Mind games..:) It's not often i hear about people even more mentally unstable than me..:)

    A surprise? Oh man, you've made a mild irritation a thumping headache..:) I'm sure it'll resolve itself in time. Which may be a little technical..:)

    The beach sounds amazing. I'd probably die of shock if i saw or felt sunshine. Never thought i'd be craving sunshine. I've become the type of person i used to despise..:)

    what happens at 1pm? Have you got work to be at?

    I will be in the Pub tonight watching the Scotland match as we take on the mighty Iceland. Bad weather and a crap football team, i should probably do more life affirming things..:)

    I think it's a good thing to be away from him then hun. It all seems very strange. He seems like a fairly confused character and amid the down-side of relationship break-up, it must be a relief not to have that unpredictability around.

    I still can't get into them. It just returns a blank page. I'll check it later though..:)

    Feeling somewhat better, no champagne corks going yet though..:) We're supposed to get heavy rain over the next few days. Weather wise it's a really shit country to live in. You'll have to remind me what sunshine is..:)
