I knew what flight he was on heading to Adelaide. I got there early hoping to get him coming through security. Turned out he was already in the lounge. He came out of the lounge straight past me and BOOM! Got him to sign this just before he went down the escalator toward the gates.
i passed by an orange julius in the dingy basement part of a mall today where i went to kill time when they had the electricity out for SEVEN POINT FIVE f***ING HOURS as they were doing work on our street. i did not see moz and lil sammy however, though i did look. saw an old man sitting by himself with an "at least im out and about" smile on his face though, and it made me want to weep or go and sit and play cards with him or whatever old men do. but i didnt. i went to the store and bought candy instead, lots of it, and am now subsequently suffering much irish catholic guilt.Crykey, me reckon me feel Irish Catholic guilt. I just saw the great man and lil' Sammy re-fueling with non dairy Orange Julius's at the Glendale Galleria and there are bokes out there who wait 2 hours at an airport.
ooooooh a 'coat'.... i bet he is just dashing in a coat! i hope he's wearing a coat when i meet him! im not going to try to touch it or finger the luxury material bestride his heavenly outline when he's nto looking though so he better not even think about itI can't exactly remember. I think he had a nice long coat on from memory. It was such a blur. The guys that were escorting him wouldn't let me take photos.
but what was he WEARING?! surely you must've noticed? you cant just keep info like that to yourself.
I know I know I know. I'm not proud of myself for turning to water! Trust me, I tried to get a pic but his 'crew' were quite adamant that I not take a photo. They were quite aggressive actually. I was the only one waiting for him and a 'dude / muso type' looking guy that I thought was waiting for him as well turned out to be his body guard! He was keeping an eye on me the whole time.
yes, it was very brave of you, dpm! the bodyguards would've scared me offIt's okay DPM.
You did what you could in those circumstances.
Thanks for sharing.
