Life is a Pigsty (Really missed it this year at the shows)
Death of a Disco Dancer (Brilliant every time, even if the new keyboard player is a bit loud on it this year)
Stretch Out and Wait (love it)
How Soon is Now (Never gets old)
Something is Squeezing My Skull (Highlight for me this year)
The Youngest Was the Most Loved (Great in '06)
Just wondered which songs you enjoy best at the concerts and why.
The reason I ask is that I really like Seasick, one of my favourite songs, but it has left me in a strange emotional state during two concerts so that I wonder in the other direction which songs you feel are for you most enjoyable to listen to at Morrissey concerts. Not thinking of favourite songs as such, but favourite songs in the actual concert setting.
Live favourites for me from the shows I've been to include:
Shakespeare's Sister
The Headmaster Ritual
There is a Light That Never Goes Out
Life is a Pigsty
Ganglord
William, It Was Really Nothing
How Soon Is Now?
This Charming Man
Ask
Something Is Squeezing My Skull
Trouble Loves Me
Everyday Is Like Sunday
Last of the Famous International Playboys
The Youngest Was The Most Loved
First Of The Gang To Die
Mama Lay Softly On The Riverbed
I Keep Mine Hidden
Sister I'm A Poet
Stretch Out And Wait
Seasick, Yet Still Docked
A Song From Under The Floorboards
Still Ill
The National Front Disco
... pretty exhaustive list I think these are all ace and have been the highlights of the 9 gigs I've been to so far. Viva Moz!
EDIT: Just reading over that, couldn't help but think what a setlist that would make!! Do this Moz, you would make a happy man very old
