I was the one who said the SONG that involved a swallow on the neck was about a hickey...I ackowledged my 'mistake' when someone corrected me and said the significance of the swallow in the song has to do with a tattoo on the neck of a swallow- but to answer 'Withnail,' plainly it has to do with dreaming of freedom while in jail. I stick to my original story...for my own reasons. However, I guess we all can 'interpret' the lovely tones and words of dear Morrissey however we all please.

The jail part has to do with English significance. Maybe because I am American, and VASTLY so, I wouldn't understand why. Here in my hometown, we all see those swallows come back every St. Joseph's Day...that's my parish too- the Mission San Juan Capistrano. Ooops! Too much info...That's as far as that freedom goes. The darn birds make a huge mess. But we have the largest non motorized parade in the world. I went once. The horses were nice, but smelly.

Ta-ta!

Yea, I agree with that. I probably didn't get to read the "correction."
