just got back from the flicks!

I saw that old geezer and all... he was wearing a suit???

The three old barstewards at the back had a good singalong mind. Once they stopped talking..... not their fault they're off to Amsterdam next weekend so the giddiness of the excitement manifested itself in loud conversation.

And it was nice to see myself on the silver screen!!!!
 
Your goody bag was better than at the Leeds one. No new single and no raffle ticket, some popcorn though.

About 25 were in for it, not much atmosphere, was all very strange.

Wasn't helped by the gig itself, which as I remember at the time, had too many slow songs and slowed-down versions of rocky ones. Smiths Indeed in Leeds tonight though so might get that dancing out of my system.

Yeah that was me, where about's were you. Those guys annoyed the hell out of me, saying things like 'I shouldn't have bothered to come, I WAS THERE etc etc'

Do you mean Morrissey the 23rd at the end going on about Salford Lads club?? I find his enthusiasm infectious.... the stage diving insaniac that he is!
