Lindsay Lohan In A Charlie Manson Movie?

Half_a_Person

Goodbye Ruby Tuesday
Lindsay Lohan, the recipient of multiple Razzie Awards for her role in thriller “I Know Who Killed Me”, has reportedly been signed to star in another thriller project “Manson Girls”.

According to reports, the 21-year-old Hollywood starlet has been tapped to portray Nancy Pitman, one of Charles Manson’s devoted followers in the feature film project for Junction Films. The confirmation of Lohan joining the project has been let out by the film’s producer Brad Wyman. The Junction Films’ producer revealed that he will be working with the “Georgia Rule” beauty by simply saying, “Yes, I am doing it with Lindsay.”

By taking the role, the actress would once again play a character close to a murderer. Prior to landing this role, the co-star of Jamie Lee Curtis in “Freaky Friday” has depicted the girlfriend of John Lennon’s assassin Mark David Chapman in the upcoming crime drama “Chapter 27” opposite Jared Leto. Earlier in a 2006 interview with Elle magazine, the actress/singer has confessed that she has seen Manson’s video stating, “Yeah, I have a dark side. I watched all those videos on Charles Manson for a while.”

Pitman, who is serving a life sentence for first-degree murder charge, was one of the five defendants to be conflicted with Manson for the gruesome 1969 murders, including the slaying of actress Sharon Tate.

"Yes, I am doing it with Lindsay" is an often muttered phrase, I would imagine.

I remember when I went through this really, really unheatlhy phase a few years ago when I was infatuated with the Manson murders. I read "Helter Skelter" more times that I can count, owned a copy of the movie version (the remake), and watched just about every single reenactment they had on those crime shows. I was obsessed with Charlie's philosophies.

Now I look back and am ashamed.

nah, don't be ashamed. the whole Manson thing is quite fascinating really.

Oh she's dork-sided, alright. LiLo HATE!!

I never really got the fascination with Charles Manson.

Anyway, I don't like Lindsay at all but I like her features, she's such a classical beauty. I wish Tarantino would do something with her. I mean, the girl seems completely empty but with a nice director who knows.

I didn't think she was that bad in what I've seen her in. I haven't seen "I Know Who Killed Me" though, and don't intend to.

I'm really obsessed with Dahmer now.

LonelyPlanetBoy, could I ask you, who is the man in your siganture? It looks like Carl Barat...

Another movie I won't be watching...=|

I really wish Hollywood would start making decent movies, but until then I shall continue trying to find old movies to watch. (Although for some reason I've been watching a lot of Stephen King stuff...)

I find the Charles Manson stuff interesting too, but there's plenty of other movies to watch that don't have Lindsay Lohan in them, and I'd much rather watch THOSE.
