Want to buy: The Smiths S/T first album, vinyl - US or CAN version

Hello.
Looking for a copy of The Smiths self -titled first album that has the song "This Charming Man" added to the beginning of side B. I believe this was done on the initial US and Canada SIRE versions of the album. I've found a few on eBay or Discogs but I'm either beaten to it or it's prices outside of budget.

Looking for:
Media: VG (as long as there's no significant pops/scratches)
Jacket: VG (at least)

I'd be happy to spend ~$20 plus shipping. Can pay more for better graded vinyl.
