I went to see Frankie Boyle live and the support act who I think was called Christopher Macarthur-Boyd made fun of Morrissey in relation to his comments on the Chinese/sub species.

I don't know if anyone else watches Classic Coronation Street, its much better than the current storylines. Its currently at around 2003 and Dev the shopkeeper has a cancer scare. He has been up all night getting drunk and is playing Morrissey, something from Southpaw Grammar i think.

think i remember that at the time and im sure it was mentioned on here,there was another similar scene with steve mc donald,sitting on a sofa with M in the background.eastenders used to play his songs all the time in ian beales cafe.

Could be, but the aunt seems to be in Atlanta, where Red Light has another office.

Morrissey dropped by the Sunset Marquis in LA last week to meet a friend for an afternoon beer at Cavatina – the hotel's swish restaurant.
Although there were lots of free tables, the pair chose to sit at the back of the restaurant, near the kitchen and away from the prime location overlooking the hotel's gardens or koi pond.
Why did they pick such a poky table when better ones were available? Privacy? Possibly. Humility? Hardly. More likely it had something to do with the photo that hung above their chosen table. A massive portrait of Morrissey.
