I thought so too and just surfing around the past few minutes it is listed with a group of tracks which ended up being the bulk of the new songs from YOR:

Unconfirmed tracks:
* The Longer I Live (Morrissey/?)
According to Matt Walker's blog, it was recorded in Texas with Jerry Finn during the same sessions that produced "That's How People Grow Up".
* Livings (Morrissey/Whyte)
Supposedly mentioned by Alain Whyte in an interview as a song he had recently written for the upcoming album. However, "Livings" may have only been a temporary title and the song titled "The Longer I Live" and "Livings" could be one in the same. The song has yet to be posted on Warner-Chappell with the rest of the Alain Whyte compositions.
* Black Cloud (Morrissey/Boorer)
Supposedly listed on a music royalties website.
* Football Giveaway (Morrissey/Boorer)
Supposedly listed on a music royalties website.
In additin,album keyboardist Roger Manning had this to say:
I've spent over six weeks recording with Morrissey and his incredible band for what will hopefully become his latest solo effort later this year. Producer Jerry Finn and I have had a long fun filled history together in Punk Pop heaven with group's like Blink 182 and found ourselves both being invited back for our second Morrissey album. I think fans will be pleasantly surprised by this new solo offering. It was all tracked live which added a great punk, garage, DIY urgency to the tracks. I am so used to recording keyboards in the more traditional overdub scenario that being asked to invent parts "on the fly" and track with the band while Morrissey sang live was a very refreshing and challenging experience.
Football Giveaway was a Boz tune written for a football documentary, as I recall from an interview.
