America is a melting pot of many nationalities/ identities.
Millions and millions of non-English speaking immigrants have migrated to America.

My Italian- born father being one of them.
I lived in the states my whole life, have you?

I don't believe that American culture is Anglo-European.

The organisation that raffled tickets for Morrissey's Washington gig believe that American culture is Anglo-European.

I thought for a second he played Israel, but he’s just used the backdrop, don’t panic guys

I'm not worried about him taking Israel's side in the war - ordinary people die on all sides & if you have a personal connection with the country it's more painful.

It's the chain of association that it could set off that bothers me - ending up right back in 2019 getting monstered.
