V festival

Anyone know if the V festival is covered live by any of music stattions MTV2, VH2 etc or is it just radio. It would be great to get some Moz footage performing at this festival ala at Glastonbury on BBC3 in 2004

I guess Virgin Radio normally broadcast live. I don't know about TV coverages.

VH2 I'm afraid is no longer with us. It's now 'in a state of FLUX', according to the Sky information box. What exactly that means, I don't know. VH2 was as far as I'm aware the only British music channel to play Morrissey songs, which is quite depressing when you think about it.

who remembers when MTV played music!!!! its all reality crap now. if this is the demise of VH2 it would be a massive pity. great exposure for mozzer and all good indie music

As far as I am aware VH2 has gone and will never return, MTV Flux is replacing it due to the decrease of Ringtone sales. Which is of course a huge dissapointment.

Hopefully channels like ITV2 or BBC3 might broadcast some of it?

Im pretty sure the highlights were on Channel 4 last year, not sure about this. None of it was shown live though.
